Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our construction team in Lahore. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a keen eye for detail, and demonstrate an excellent understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management:
  • Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
  • Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Monitor daily progress and maintain project timelines.
• Team Supervision:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of skilled workers, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
  • Ensure that all team members are working effectively and safely.
  • Conduct daily site meetings to review progress and address any issues.
• Quality Control:
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with the company's standards and industry regulations.
  • Identify any potential issues or defects and implement corrective actions immediately.
• Safety Management:
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Investigate and report any incidents or accidents on-site.
• Communication:
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the project manager, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit regular site reports, including daily logs, progress reports, and any other required documentation.
  • Liaise with clients and address any site-related queries or concerns.
• Resource Management:
  • Manage on-site materials, equipment, and resources to ensure efficient use.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and control site expenses to stay within budget.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 3 ~ 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Proven experience in managing construction teams and ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Urdu.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards.
• Certifications:
  • Certification in Construction Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) is preferred but not required.
